If I order swag will it ship with the tubers?
If you order SMFF swag (calendars, T-shirts, hoodies, or hats) they will ship right away instead of shipping with your tubers. That way if you are purchasing them for holiday gift giving, you will have them in time.
Can I preorder before the list goes live?
Sorry, no preorders allowed. We rely on all orders going through our system so we can properly track inventory.
Do you ship internationally?
Tubers are available for shipping within the US only. Unfortunately due to phytosanitary certificate requirements, we can not ship to Canada.
Can I get my tubers early?
Orders will be shipped in April, no exceptions. If the weather breaks early, we may start shipping the last week in March. Tubers are packed away in the cooler on pallets, and are not accessible before then, even for pickup.
Can I pickup my order?
You can pickup at the farm in April once the tubers have been pulled out of storage. Use discount code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and the shipping charges will come off your order.
Can I add onto my order?
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and there are no additions or modifications allowed. If you would like to order additional tubers, you will have to place another order and they will be shipped separately. Shipping charges will not be combined.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices begin at ordering 100 of one variety, only certain cultivars would be included in that sale. Email us for more details.
Will I get charged sales tax?
Sales tax laws have changed and you will now only be charged sales tax if you reside in Ohio since our business is located in a taxable state.
Are your tubers organic?
While we are not certified organic, we grow with organic practices in mind. Also, our tubers are dipped with Oxidate after dividing and before being put into storage. See the OMRI certificate for that product here. We can also write you a letter if your certifier requires it, just email us.
What if I'm not satisfied with my tubers?
Our tubers have a satisfaction guarantee. If they don't sprout or are the wrong color based on what you ordered, email us photos with your order number and we can work something out. We can either refund you the cost of the tuber or plan to replace those tubers the following year.
